Why I Built This System

I grew up chasing competition.
Hockey. Basketball. Volleyball. Baseball.
Baseball became the pursuit.

Like most serious athletes, I did everything I could to get better.I lifted more.
Trained harder.
Outworked everyone.
I believed strength was the answer.I earned a Division II scholarship and played six years of collegiate baseball.

But I learned something most athletes don’t realize until later:Strength without structure doesn’t last.Eventually, the body responds.I was getting stronger β€”
but I was building power on a foundation that wasn’t organized.
I spent years battling injuries, not because I lacked work ethic, but because the system underneath my strength was inefficient.That experience forced me to study movement at a deeper level.

And I realized something critical:Elite performance isn’t random.Hard work isn’t enough if the system underneath it is inefficient.So I stopped chasing numbers.I started prioritizing alignment, sequencing, and energy transfer.Biomechanics.
